职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Member of the Management Team of Rieter After Sales and local China Management Team.- Full P&L responsibility for Rieter’s After Sales business in China.- Lead and further develop the After Sales organization in China fostering a culture of performance_ openness_ solution and business orientation_ transparency and accountability.- Develop and successfully implement a strategic growth plan working closely with the Rieter China Management and the international After Sales Management Team.- Develop and implement new business models to support topline_ market share and EBIT growth and to position Rieter China After Sales as our customers’ Service provider of choice.- Secure close collaboration across the Rieter After Sales_ Rieter Machines & Systems and Rieter Components business groups and departments.- Ensure transparent reporting to business group head and ensuring alignment with other Rieter entities in China.- Ensure compliance with Rieter management rules and regulations in the local Legal Unit.- Tracking and monitoring of assigned KPIs and development of specific action plans to keep or get back on track.QUALIFICATIONS:- Major Degree in Textile or Mechanical engineering or Economics with relevant industry experience.- 8+ years of international leading experience in a similar industry (Textile_ Machinery).- Several years of professional experience in the field of After Sales Services.- Good knowledge of spinning machinery and Textile industry.- Proven track record of successful business leadership for growth- Proven ability to develop & successfully implement new business models.- Professional experience in the textile industry and/or supply chain management is a plus.- High affinity for Excel_ PowerPoint and IT-systems.- Proficient in English and Mandarin.- Experience in international project business.- Business minded & “ready to learn” personality.- Excellent communicator with ability to engage & influence across all management levels tactfully.- Good networker & decision maker_ ability to prioritize and focus on delivering results.- Understand & respect cultural diversity to build and develop relationship with trust.- Strong self-management and organization skills_ including conflict management and intermediation.
